Paint A Friend Workshop - December

Details: 

• Date: December 8th Sunday  10am - 2pm 
• Location: The Ceramic Studio | 4 & 6/8 Station Road, Indooroopilly 
• Cost: $80 
• Group: Up to 15 people. This workshop will also be mixed with participants from the ‘Make A Mug Friend Worksop’ for their second session

Come and join the Paint A Friend Work Shop. Where you get to experience life as a ceramicist! Be surrounded in ceramic elements and be inspired to paint your own mug friend! It is completely customisable so have fun with it! 

this workshop needs a minimum of 5 people to attend, if numbers do not succeed, you will be notified of its cancellation and provided a refund. 

What's Included

• a fun and interactive experience to meet me and like-minded creative people
• learn the process of underglaze painting  
• chance to create your own mug friend! You’ll be given one mug and one friend to paint 
• Light Lunch will be provided (sandwich platters), dietary needs are accommodated for, if you have any dietary requirements please inform me by email yanasceramics@gmail.com or instagram direct message yanas.ceramics

Things To Bring:

• Aprons will be provided but please be mindful of clothing choices 
• Water bottle 
• Your creativity!

Other important details:

• your piece will be glazed and second fired for you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be finalised (not including shipping)
• Collecting your mug: you can either pick up at the Ceramic Studio when your piece is ready (FREE). Or, you can have it delivered to you at an extra expense of $10. Paying for postage will be arranged at either sessions of the workshop.

• You will receive a full refund 
• This note is to make you aware that working with ceramics, unfortunately nothing is guaranteed. Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, sometimes your idea may not reflect the outcome you wished for. For example, the shape of your  piece may warp, piece may shrink, application of paint appears different, cracking and worse case scenario your piece may explode during its firing. 
• In the unlikely case that your piece explodes, you will receive a $20 refund
