Shipping Policy
- International shipping is available. Please click 'FAQ' tab to see the countries that Australia does not ship to. If your country is not on that list, it means I can ship there.
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
- When your order has been shipped, the product is no longer my responsibility if your delivery is delayed or lost.
- If your product arrives broken due to transit, please send me a picture of the damages immediately to yanas.ceramics via Instagram or, email yanas.ceramics@gmail.com [SUBJECT: RECEIVED BROKEN]. The damages will be reviewed and if deemed appropriate you will receive a new piece with no extra expense. Ceramic production can take up to 5-6 weeks, this does not include shipping time.
