Flaws:

• There is a small chip on the lip of the mug and a small crack on the inside, but it is glazed over which makes it food safe.
• There is small minor glazing streaks and bubbles inside the mug 
• The inside surface of the handle has small area which isn’t glazed over properly, creating a stone like texture. But is not irritable on the skin
